A1: Check if the coupling agent is expired/deteriorated; replace with fresh coupling agent.
Check for and shut down electromagnetic interference sources near the host unit. If it's a software malfunction, upgrade the system. If it's a hardware malfunction, stop using it immediately and repair it.
